Expression Analysis

In this work, the human gene expression samples of Affymetrix GeneChip Human Genome U133 plus 2.0 Array Set HG-U133 Plus 2 platform (GPL570) from Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO), consisting of 1397 probe set for 526 kinases. Totally 1397 samples within 39 experiment series (GSE) were collected and normalized by RMA package. We get the score using tumor patients minus healthy people in raw data. Finally, we compare the gene expression in 39 cancers.
