◎Network with Protein-Protein Interaction
       In this function, we will construct the network combined protein-protein interaction and Kinase phosphorylation data, according to the input gene. Users can move or delete any gene (node) in the network. Moreover, our tool offers many different kinds of layout which can be select in the Layout Menu. Besides, this function is integrated with gene expression data in 39 cancers. It allows to choose the cancer in Change Cancer Menu. But, the gene expression data is only provided when users select Homo sapiens (Human).

◎Network with Subcellular Localization
       The second functions of our web tool will first tran the input gene into proteins.
Just like the first function, it will construct the network combined protein-protein interaction and Kinase phosphorylation data. In addition, the second tool will locate the proteins to their relative position in a cell, including membrane, nucleus and cytoplasm. Proteins which have no location information or exist beyond membrane, nucleus and cytoplasm will be put outside the cell. Users can move or delete any gene (node) in the network, too.

◎Network with Metabolic Pathway
         The third function is aim to provide a protein-protein interaction network based on metabolic pathway data. To achieve this goal, we have collected more than 300 pathwaty data form KEGG. User can submit a group og gene and we will match those gene with specific pathway data, constructing a network. The gene which particpate in the specific metabolic pathway will be locate to the relative position while others will be put on the ride side of wed page.In this function, only the gene which does not particpate in the pathway directly can be move by users.
